IMPERO
Blanc de Pinot Noir
IMPERO Blanc de Pinot Noir is the result of over fifty years of the company’s experience in vinifying Pinot Noir in white and, above all, of the desire to produce a significant white wine using only the grape varieties historically cultivated by the family.
Since the release of the first vintage, produced from the 1998 harvest, it quickly became a true flagship of the estate. It is obtained from gentle pressing of whole grapes, with meticulous care to minimize skin contact and color extraction.
This is followed by fermentation in barriques and aging in wood for twelve months. The result is a wine with unique character, remarkable complexity, and extraordinary longevity.
